Members tell ABTA why an opportunity fits their mandate.
3. ABTA screens and introduces
ABTA reviews each request. If it is suitable, ABTA issues an Introduction Notice to both parties.
Who the Deal Room is for
The Deal Room is for organisations that invest in, lend to, acquire or partner with businesses and projects in African markets, including:
- strategic investors and corporate buyers
- private equity firms and family offices
- development finance institutions
- banks and alternative lenders
- commercial trade partners
Businesses, project sponsors and their advisers can also list opportunities for ABTA to review.
Raising capital or selling a business?
Members can submit an opportunity for review. If it meets ABTA’s criteria, ABTA contacts you to prepare an anonymised listing before it is published.
